Graham Turton, Chief Executive, Board Director

Graham Turton became Managing Director of Blagden plc’s Chemical Manufacturing and Trading Divisions in 1994. He completed the acquisition and integration of Marlow Chemicals in 1996 and was a past Chairman of Corn Van Loocke NV. In 2000, he led the successful management buy out establishing Blagden Specialty Chemicals Ltd as a standalone business which continued the long association between the Blagden name and the chemicals industry.

GILES TURTON CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Giles joined the management team in 2021 after seven years as a non-executive director. He has a proven track record for driving and delivering business success and brings considerable external experience into the business from his background in professional services. Formerly a Chartered Surveyor, Giles has an MBA from Cranfield University and is a council member of the Chemical Business Association.

Philip Poyner, Finance Director

A chartered accountant, Philip Poyner has more than 20 years of experience across a range of businesses and sectors including manufacturing and distribution. He brings a solid track record in assisting business growth and profitability through delivering value and the best business solutions. He continues the company’s commitment to prudent financial management, while assisting in the realisation of long-term business goals.
