We are pleased to announce that Emanuela Iafrate has joined Blagden as Technical Sales Manager for our Personal Care business.
Since moving to the UK in 2011, Emanuela has held technical posts with Unilever and P&G, gaining formulating experience and driving Research & Development innovation in personal care beauty creams, lotions, gels, serums and masks for skincare and haircare. Her experience includes responsibility for product development and cross-functional project management for personal care and household ranges. Emanuela has a MSc in Pharma Chemistry, gained at the University of Rome.
Emanuela takes on a high-profile role within Blagden, making regular visits to our customers to provide advice and guidance on opportunities for innovation and product excellence offered by our wide portfolio of ingredients and actives. Her activities are also closely aligned with our supply partners, providing feedback on technical requirements, market developments and customer needs. These strong partnerships are the foundation for developing new products and providing technical and formulation solutions.
