ALA Powder (Microencapsulated Chia Oil)

Microencapsulated Chia Oil, ALA Powder™, is an excellent source of ALA fatty acid and has the same stability characteristics of Chia oil. ALA powder™ is intended for liquid or powder applications in which oil addition is not possible. For applications in which a lipid base is easy to apply, Chia oil will be preferred, as it will contribute a larger amount of Omega-3.
