BlagCare PQ111 is a quaternized copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone (VP) and dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate (DMAEMA) supplied in aqueous solution. This film-forming polymer is used in a wide range of cosmetic and toiletry applications for both skin and hair.
