Oolong Tea Infusion Sunphenon OT-C

Although there are more than 3,000 types of tea, all tea is made from the evergreen plant species Camellia sinensis and classified as green tea (unfermented), oolong tea (semi-fermented) and black tea (fully fermented). Oolong Tea Infusion Sunphenon® OT-C is an instant oolong tea which is a pure double water extract of half fermented green tea leaves with a nice tea flavour and the typical colour of tea. The product is supplied as a very fine powder suitable for ready to drink (RTD) beverages, instant beverages, instant tea sticks and effervescent tablets.
