Vinsorb

Vinsorb^TM blends three UV filters to deliver increased stability for cosmetics, perfumes and personal care products.

UV light can induce changes that modify the chemical structure of dyes or fragrances in products. Vinsorb^TM can protect formulations against degradation through UV exposure and is particularly useful for products sold in transparent packaging.

Vinsorb^TM combines three UV filters to offer protection against UVA, UVB and UVC. The three filters work together to create a synergistic effect. They are:

• Sunbest-OMC- Ethyl Hexyl Methoxycinnamate
• Sunbest-AB - Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane
• Sunbest-OS - Ethyl Hexyl Salicylate

A pale yellow liquid, Vinsorb^TM can be used in both oil and water-based formulations and is suitable for all types of cosmetic products. The ingredients are considered safe and are approved by the FDA and EU for use in cosmetics. It can be combined with a chelating agent or anti-oxidant for very light-sensitive formulations.
